It must be in the original packaging without the plastic clamshell ripped, cut or torn open. If the packaging or item is damaged or in used condition, a 25% restocking fee may apply. Write your RA # on the clearly on the return shipment and include all paperwork.<br>Defective or Incorrect Items<br>On the rare occasion that a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 business days of recieving the item. Make sure you write your RA # on the box and include all paperwork.<br>Unless otherwise arranged, we will ship out a replacement item when we receive your return, and your shipping will be reimbursed.
